New version of the Paged Comments plugin for WordPress is now available.

Changes include:

• New option: all_pages - specify whether comment paging should apply to pages as well as posts (previous versions made no distinction). Thanks Dayna.
• New option: default_page - specify whether the first or last comment page should be loaded by default. Thanks Pavel.
• New option: show_all_ordering - this version no longer reverts to the default comments template when displaying all comments, so you can now specify the ordering of comments when they’re all displayed on a single page.

I’m late posting this up, but better late than never I guess. The George Fox Six have lost their appeal and are facing huge court costs. If you can, please make a donation. There’s plenty of info on their site, and some background to the 2004 protest too.

In September 2005, the Six lodged an appeal against the Judge’s verdict when they were found Guilty of ‘momentarily disrupting a conference’.

On the 17 March, District Judge Baker gave his verdict at the end of the Appeal: once again those present at the trial, listening to the proceedings felt the judge ignored and misinterpreted evidence. Once again the ‘rights’ of arms dealers and GM companies to plot how to use universities and students to further their immoral profiteering were put above the right of decent people to protest when death and torture come to campus.
